Fourteen years of band history quickly told?
That's impossible!
But in the case of the outstanding melodic rockers
JADED HEART from Germany it's worth giving it a try!
In 1990 singer and songwriter
Michael Bormann (ex BONFIRE,
LETTER-X) and his brother
Dirk Bormann (guitar) were in search of suitable companions.
The following year
Michael Müller (bass, ex THE SYGNET) and
former
MAD MAX drummer Axel Kruse joined the band, thus
JADED HEART was born.
In the beginning of 2007
JADED HEART started the production of their new album

The first ever thunderground festival is happening august 18 at nottingham rock city in the UK.
The line-up is: Wig Wam, The Poodles, Brother Firetribe, Mad Max and Human Zoo.

After a real exhausting
´mad max´european tour as support of
´axel rudi pell´(that ended much too fast) i am finally back at my desk and ready and willing again.
The new mad max album
´white sands´ will be released end of this month via aor heaven.
Just finished the mastering of the new
´beggar´s bride´ at msm mastering with
´christoph stickel´ in munich.
Surprisingly an old friend of world fame, who changed the world music industry
´charly steinberg´ nipped in to have some small talk.
What a pleasure to meet one of the real inventors and originators of nowadays music software programs.
Will do some recordings for an all star project intitiated by my old pal
´chris lausmann´ (bonfire).
he came up with some great music and we´ll gonna fill it up with wonderful melodies.
As a chief mastermind and teaching pro of the ´sae recording engineer school´, he will give you a huge sound for these hard-rocking tracks..
be prepared for some more.
All good things come to an end, so the mixing stage of the new
´paul sabu´ cd is reached. so look out for more info as well.

NEW ´BISS´ALBUM
With a look on the cover, one might be forced to say: “They are back, strong like a lion.“
Or – to say it with the currently so much popular soccer language: One more for the guys, please! It's extended time.
After the self-titled debut album in 2002, “Joker In The Deck” in 2003 and “Face Off” in 2005, guitar hero Ralf “Doc” Heyne on “X-tension” with Carsten Witte on drums, Lars Bilke on bass guitar and of course KROKUS frontman Marc Storace on vocals has managed to keep his winning team.
As always, an album under the BISS banner also 'only' contains the typical BISS sound! “X-tension” rocks the house down!
This definitely goes for the very heavy cover version of the HEART classic “Barracuda” and the track “Blood on Sand” which is co-written by Mat Sinner (PRIMAL FEAR, SINNER).
Marc Storace's performance once again is high class and puts a stamp onto the sound of these tracks.
The album was once again produced by Michael Voss (MAD MAX, SILVER) at Jovel Recording Studios in Münster, Germany.

Just a quick hello from the ´mad max´ follow up full album guitar recordings.
We created a wall of sound in using a mesa boogie rectifier (lend by old pal tinte of h-blockx) thru´ randall cabinet run with evoice speakers, and a marshall 2000double lead with using just one speaker
placed in the middle of the room miked with:
Neumann 363 tube mike
Neumann u87
E voice e 20
All basic rhythm guitars are played thru the rectifier and marshall...
The rectifier is very warm and big distorted.
The marshall via the special speaker miking delivers a warm vintage tone.
In the mix it is huuuuuuuge...if well balanced
If you copy it...be careful with the mike phasing..

Famous german session drummer ´dirk brand´ entered the jovel-studio to record his brand new ´mapex´ drum kit and introduce it to customers.
This work will contribute the jazz kit, the bonham kit and the fusion kit.

On the occasion of MTM´s 10th anniversary we will continue the yearly tradition to produce a MTM compilation by releasing a special double-CD.
Part 1 exclusively features new titles or titles not released yet of artists like Aina, Fate, Laos, Silver, Deacon Street, AOR (feat. Fergie Frederikson), Vengeance and more.

´mad max´ just came back from a wonderful support tour with legendary mates of ´alice cooper´ and ´deep purple´.
It has been a tremendous trip leading to the cities of kiel, nuernberg, stuttgart, erfurt and mannheim.
All shows been sold out and the tour was honoured with a ´sold out´ award.
We were able to reach about 55.000 thousand fans to spread the word of ´white rock´.

qDutch Metal band VENGEANCE was snapped up by CBS Records after company A&R men witnessed their debut gig in 1983. The group had formed earlier that year following guitarist Arjen Lucassen's departure from the ranks of BODINE. Lucassen was joined in the first incarnation of VENGEANCE by vocalist Leon Goewie, second guitarist Oscar Hollmann, bassist Jan Bijlsma and drummer Matt Oligschlager. The group released their self-titled debut album in July 1984, folllowing it up with the quite stunning 'We Have Ways To Make You Rock' album a year later. This second album found new drummer John Snels in the band.
Hollmann had departed by the third album, 1987's more groove laden 'Take It Or Leave It', and was superseded by Peter Verschurren. The band added another guitarist, Jan Somers, prior to recording 'Arabia' in 1988. Although successful in mainland Europe, VENGEANCE limited themselves to a couple of club dates in Britain to promote 'Arabia' in 1989 and Leon Goewie left in 1990 to be replaced with British vocalist IAN PARRY, formerly a member of AIRRACE.
Parry's work with VENGEANCE didn't pass unnoticed as the compilation album, 'The Last Teardrops 1984-1992', features six songs recorded with the singer. 1994's Japanese only 'The Last Of The Fallen Heroes' also included some of the material recorded with Parry. It was during 1994 that the group eventually called it a day and Ian went on to release three solo albums, whilst Leon Goewie - the man he replaced - turned up fronting German outfit CORACKO. By 1995 this group had evolved into STONEWASHED.
During 1997 a resurrected VENGEANCE offered the world a brand new album, 'Back From Flight 19' (a reference to the squadron of US planes that had disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle), which saw a return to the ranks for Goewie alongside Somers and Verschuren, complemented with new faces Barend Courbois on bass guitar, Roland Bakker on keyboards and drummer Paul Thissen.
VENGEANCE is now back with a “in your face rock album”. The band feat. Leon Goewie, Barend Courbois, Michael Eurich (WARLOCK, CASANOVA), Michael Voss (SILVER, CASANOVA, MAD MAX) and as a very special guest founding member Arjen Lucassen on guitar and Mat Sinner (SINNER, PRIMAL FEAR) for background vocals! The band will perform the BANG YOUR HEAD Festival in June this year, feat. Arjen Lucassen!

´Li´ is playing the character of ´leena vitanen´ in the series and loves jazz music.

Just finished the production of the new
´gary barden´ album that is coming out next year on
escape music (uk).
Believe it or not: in the days of communicating via email mister
michael schenker himself (ufo, msg) was a welcome guest to lay down some great lead guitar work on gary ´s album.
This is the first working collaboration since the last album 1984 and shaking hand since the fabulous ´g3´ tour in 1998.

Since the 26th of september the 5th and brand new
´silver´ album called
´gold´ has been released.
It features great performed tracks written by
´broon´ (ex-sisters of mercy) via
